The Monotone Lawn Boy or "MLB" as we call him, has worked at Fair Hills Resort for many years and been our friend for just as long. You many wonder how he can remain a boy for such a long time. We have wondered this too but are just glad that he is there every year to help us, make us laugh and be our friend.

MLB is a very jolly fellow. His greatest joy at Fair Hills is finally getting to sing in the Hootenanny!  As you can tell from his pictures, he works hard to keep the resort in tip, top shape so you kids can have lots of fun where you come and visit on vacation.

Monotone spends a lot of time on the beach front, where he practices his singing and keeps the lake front tidy for all his friends.

Every morning the MLB cleans off the tennis courts because he wants to make sure you have a fun lesson. Sometimes games like “slap ball” and hockey are played on the courts also! Come have fun with everyone! He rushes off to make sure the pools and hot tub are ready for everyone. He knows how much fun it is to join friends for a game of Marco Polo in the pool, or water basketball, or just even a crazy diving contest is fun. The monotone lawnboy is amazing (even if he can’t sing very well)!! 

He cuts the grass on the golf course perfectly everyday. There are a few extra play areas for softball and soccer games. "Closest to the Pin" is a great contest, and everyone’s favorite. "Attack the Fort" is just off one of the golf course holes!.

When he finally gets to take a break the MLB might join his friends in a game of cards in the lobby or sneaks out onto the deck for 40 winks in the sunshine. When he's
feeling the need for a challenge, down to the game room he goes for few rounds of ping pong or pool.
